Parish Garden

Thanks to our devoted and hard working team of volunteers the front of the Church is looking lovely with cut grass and beautiful flower beds.

On Friday 1st May (2026) Mario, Tina and other volunteers spent the morning helping with some gardening and planting a new flower bed. You can see the results in the photos below. If you are interested in volunteering to maintain the flower beds please contact Damian via the parish office. No gardening experience is required.

Some photos below

July 2025 – As you will have noticed we now have a raised garden bed both at the front of the church and also in the presbytery garden. These will shortly be dedicated. A few photos can be seen below.

Over 3 separate days in July (2025) a small team of people carried out the painstaking task of carrying the newly delivered soil to fill up both raised garden beds.

If you take a look around you can see what has been done so far. We have a little more left to do, after the soil has settled, to cover both beds with topsoil before we are able to plant flowers and vegetables. We will be looking for more volunteers to help at that time.
