On informal occasions (such as Parish social events) our policy is to request subjects’ verbal consent before photos are taken of them or of their children (under the age of 16) or of vulnerable adults for whom they are responsible.

On more formal occasions (such as First Holy Communion services or Confirmation services), our policy is to request subjects’ written consent before photos are taken of them or of their children (under the age of 16) or of vulnerable adults for whom they are responsible.

Written statement of consent to formal photos taken at St Anne Line, South Woodford. This includes children’s consent where it is deemed that they understand what they are agreeing to. Parents/carers must also give consent if the child/young person is under the age of 16 years.

To be completed by the child / young person

Written Statement of Consent of parents/carers to formal photos taken at St Anne Line of children/young people under the age of 16 years or of young adults for whom they are responsible. Written consent can also be given by anyone who has the legal authority e.g. lasting power of attorney for health and welfare, to make decisions on behalf of young people aged 16-18 and adults who lack capacity to consent.
